Dear Masters, Sah Dans, selected Sah Dan Candidates and invited Black Belts,

With deep respect for our tradition and a shared commitment to the future of Tang Soo Do, I warmly welcome you to our 6^th Annual Masters and Leadership Clinic. This gathering represents an important opportunity to strengthen our unity, refine our skills, and continue walking the path of lifelong training and leadership together.

More than 20 Masters and Master Candidates, along with over 80 Black Belts, will participate in this clinic. A wide range of engaging technical and theoretical topics has been carefully prepared to support both personal development and leadership growth at all levels.

I warmly encourage all Tang Soo Do Masters to take part in this clinic. Further details will be provided once the instructors for each specific topic are selected by KCN Klaus Trogemann. Please notify me if you plan to attend and if you are interested in contributing by leading a teaching topic. Your experience and insight are highly valued.

This clinic is intended to inspire your continued growth, deepen your training, and uphold the traditional values and attitude of a Tang Soo Do Master. It reflects our shared pride, responsibility, and dignity, while also offering an opportunity to strengthen areas of leadership and practice together.

Participants are kindly asked to bring their own weapons and training materials. If this is not possible, please inform the host Mrs. Tatjana Schwarz in advance.

All transportation arrangements should be made individually and as early as possible. The registration deadline for this event is 27 ^th September 2026.

To ensure smooth organization, all attendees are expected to review the agenda carefully and arrive well prepared. A shared understanding of the clinic structure will allow us to focus fully on training, learning, and fellowship.

I wish everyone a pleasant, enjoyable, and successful time during this clinic and look forward to seeing you at the clinic and to training together in the spirit of Tang Soo Do.

Eligibility:

All competitors must be currently registered for the 2026 year.
All championship registrations must be completed online through ChungShin by the stated deadline.
Registrations will not be accepted by phone, email, or at the door.
Competitors of all ages and ranks, from 10 ^th Gup (White Belt) through 3 ^rd Dan Black Belt, are eligible to participate.

Forms allowed, Championship Rules and Regulations:

Forms permitted for both empty-hand Hyungs and weapons Hyungs are those published in the Championship Rule Book. All rules and regulations as outlined therein will apply to the competition. Competitors are advised to check with their instructor for guidance and clarification.

Amendment:

Orange and Green Belts will be permitted to compete in Bong Hyung Il Bu at this championship. Additionally, there will be male and female breaking divisions, open to Black Belt members only.

Protective equipment:

Mouthpiece, groin cup (for males), and hand, foot, and head gear are mandatory.
If any of these required protective gear items are missing, participation in free-sparring will not be allowed.
